At Vanaa, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We request you to review your purchase carefully upon delivery.

For Return Requests please follow the below steps 

1) All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only

2) Customers must email us requesting a return within 4 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted

3) Please write to us at vanaaliving@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and reason for return.

4) The customer is required to ship the product back to our HQ. The return address will be shared via email once the request is approved

5) Once the returned product is received at our HQ, it will undergo a quality check .After successful inspection, store credit will be issued within 4–5 working days.
